Pleasant stay

Very professional staff especially the entrance and reception. Nice room ,nice rooftop view, nice pool (though ice cold). Room cleaning services were really good. Generally nice ambience and location Nice bar

The breakfast buffet options (very limited), The restaurant could do better though the staff is friendly

Too much noise and no A/C.

The location is not busy

Every night there was an event full of noise lasting into the late hours. The rooms do not have A/C, therefore, you have to keep both the windows and room open to get cool air.

Pleasant stay

I like the staff, especially the cleaning staff kudos...However, the room walls are very thin which means you can hear everything if you know what I mean LOL.

Gym is very very disappointing; no effort was made to make it a workout room as everything is broken are too cheap to use for a workout. Please do better

The staff were very friendly and the hotel took security seriously. The breakfast menu was excellent. And it was within walking distance to my meeting.

The bathrooms are not the cleanest in the world (to be polite). I asked to change my room on the second night because the bathroom was unsightly. The friendly staff changed my room to a slightly cleaner bathroom but it wasn't perfect. There were permanent stains on the toilet, the sink, the bathroom and the floor. I stayed for 6 nights and on the final night, the hotel took the beddings to the laundry and didn't return the duvet cover. I am not sure whether someone dropped the ball or that's how guests are treated on the last night. I checked in 30 minutes before midnight but when I requested for late checkout, I was charged for that.
