Don't pay full money in advance - Scam

Took full rent in advance from me and didn't provide room on time and shifted me to another hotel. I kept waiting for a long time. When asked to return the money back he started shouting and blaming us and didn't hear anything.

Owner took advantage of patients. Promised a lot but didn't provide anything. The hotel staff Pradeep is a good guy.

Prime location, easy to find. Supportive staff, room was good for single person. AC worked well all the time Peaceful stay I must say.

Room cleanliness needs to be improved. I could find lot of hair strands on bed when I entered the room Atleast water glasses can be kept.

The Owner senthil was very nice and quickly acquainted with us. He came to know the purpose I visited Chennai and provided some valuable information. And the Incharge Pradeep is also good in treating the guests.
