Very comfortable stay in nice room with parking close to centre of Salem

Very nice room with everything we needed and close to shops and restaurants. Service was good albeit remote, but very responsive via WhatsApp. Free parking on site was excellent.

Although the room was very nice it is mis- described in the room description which suggests it is a two room suite with a separate bedroom. (See screenshot of description).

Amazing, the perfect place to stay with a short walk into the Center

I loved that it was small and boutique, very clean and beautifully decorated, it has a unique feel to it that you dont get in larger corporate hotels

Being a smaller hotel, Boise did travel easily if other guests were loud. However the concierge was very good in dealing with this issue

The coach house is perfectly situated - comfortable walking distance to the center of town but far enough away from all the excitement to relax. It was also very clean and comforting; I loved the makeup towel that was provided

The digital nature of the hotel just wasnt my thing. I hated having to keep looking at my phone to figure out when I could check in/get my access code and for messages from concierge. Theres something comforting about having a front desk downstairs - kind of odd to have a bunch of strangers have access to the same building but with no staff there at all. Didnt like that you had to cough up $50+ to check in early even if it was 30 minutes earlier
