Amazing location with the beach a few steps from your door.

The prime location of the pool villa was steps away from the beach. The restaurant had amazing food including Thai food. Buffet breakfast was the best Ive had in Thailand. The staff at synergy were always so lovely and helpful, there was never an issue with anything. Overall I would stay at this property again.

Love the place and would love to visit again

The Filipino Staff (Che) and the manager (Jenny) was very welcoming and friendly. The facilities was clean and perfect and the location perfect and quiet.

There were limited breakfast. But this is understandable as there were only limited guests. They did try their best to provide our requests (ala carte) during breakfast.

Location great , breakfast was good many choices.

For what they charge a bit disappointing. Spa bath could have been cleaned out. No where to hang your towels in the bathroom. Also they need to check the stock in the mini bar. Tried to charge us for 2 bottles of water we didn't use. Become a big drawn out argument which spoiled our stay. No offer to call a taxi,, carried our bags out to the street.

They told us the pictures in Booking.com werent the actual deluxe room we booked. False advertising. Tiny and stuffy. Beds as hard as nails. Loo blocked up when using and didnt have useful Things such as somewhere to hang your hand towel by the hand basin. Bathroom was the same size as the bedroom so it was all sorts of wrong. They should have halved the bathroom and used that for the bedroom. We were told that the 5cm gap around the door was normal In Thailand. Huh. Only saw that at the Synergy. We were charged 200bhart for a broken cup. Breakfast was mediocre. Whole complex very worn.

Excellent location. Great hotel.

Very rich breakfast. Excellent service and very nice rooms. Pool is great and the beach is very clean with white clean sand. Walking distance from Samui Central and all the shops, restaurants and bars.

All was good.
