Very good

It's impressively clean. The staff are super friendly. The rooftop pool with its amazing view. The location. Great room size for 2-3 adults.

The kettle took a good 510 minutes to boil. The couch cover in the room looks unclean. Couldn't get shower rain head to work. But all minor issues.

It wasnt the worst but Ive seen a lot better

Location was nice. The rooftop and the pool were nice but the management is cheeky. Would turn the pool lights off at 9:30 even though the pool closed at 10:00. Mind you I was in the pool then

Staff wasnt really interested. Maybe they were overworked or understaffed. They didnt make the room for 2 days when we stayed there. No flexibility with check in or check outs

Really nice hotel, friendly people and amazing pool on the roof.

The hotel from the outside maybe look smaller and older but it is really excellent. The room is cozy, stuff is helpful and polite and clean pool on the roof is just cherry on the top.

You can choose breakfast from pre-set types, but it was fine, just buffet would be better, but no problem at all with this type.

Perfect stay.

Stayed one night here after the Gili islands because it was close to the airport. But I would stay here again for a longer time next time I come back. Roof top pool was amazing. Rooftop dining watching the sunset also amazing. Or a very short walk to the beach to watch it was also amazing. I had never taken any notice of this area of Bali before especially the beach, but it really surprised me how nice it was. Rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. Super close to the airport. Very affordable. I didn't have breakfast here so can't comment. Nothing to complain about here,
