Good

Would definitely go back if they fixed the pool.

Beautiful traditional Balinese feel, the grounds are well maintained.

Unfortunately the pool looks beautiful but its like getting in a warm bath.

A bit far out of Sanur for easy access to the main strip of restaurants etc (right at one end of the main strip) The beech club was disappointing. A few sun loungers on a pretty dirty public beach (with empty plastic bottles etc washed up on the beach) Based on the prices paid by some of my other friends (not through Booking.com) expensive and over priced.

Design in Hotel Beautiful. Staff fantastic! Room interior top design.

The Pool temperature was to warm. The Breakfast was good but too small portions.

Wonderfully relaxing holiday in beautiful setting

Beautiful setting, very high standard, staff were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Restaurant food is excellent and very good value. I cant fault it.

Perfect!

Everything, the traditional Balinese pieces around the property and overall traditional vibe. The aesthetic was beautiful- staff beautiful and very welcoming. The turn down service was so nice. The property is also very clean and quiet.

There was a very mouldy ceiling in the bathroom.

Disappointing

Ok breakfast and lovely traditional music being played during breakfast.

Generally disappointing, sadly. I really did not like the hotel, it did not feel cosy, considered booking another. It felt like a maze, with same corridors going round. We chose a restaurant at the beach and spent our evenings there instead of the hotel premises. I felt the staff was helpful but superficial. The sheets had old dark stains, but it was of course changed upon request. It should never had been used again in the first place! The safe was not working, but was also fixed after asking reception. Massage prices 3 times more expensive than at the other 4 star hotels we stayed at. Quite a dark room. The night time story with a cookie was quite annoying, I should have asked not to bring that again. No hotel driver service, though there are taxis just at the other side of the road. 10 sunbeds available at the beach and a card is to be obtained same day.
