The location is great, 5 minutes walk from St Peter's Square and 20 minutes walk from the city center. We walked around Rome, and all the sights were within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable.

The bathroom is not too separated from the room.

Lovely

Location was really great, only steps from Vatican city. Lovely neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, cafe's and shops. Room was clean, beds comfy. Communication with owner/manager was really good, I asked her about taxi's to the airport and she booked one for me right away. Would definitely stay again.

Room was too small for a chair and little table but that would have been a nice added feature. There was a kettle for tea but no coffee maker. There was a mini fridge in the room.

The bed was so comfortable especially to end our Italian trip, There are a lot of bars and restaurants around the area if you take the time to explore. And our host was great, very helpful throughout our stay.

It is very small, but for the price it's perfect. The location is much closer to the Vatican than the main attractions of Rome so be prepared to take a taxi home or public transit during the day.

Nice location, terrible room if you are looking for some rest

The location is ideal if you are planning to visit the Vatican, just a few step away. Nearby there are plenty of restaurant and bars, and a few grocery stores. The bed was comfortable.

The room is so noisy. There is no insulation at all, you could also hear other people living in the same building chatting on the stairway. At night, whenever someone from the other rooms uses hot water, the boiler starts making so much noise that it wakes you up. It takes a few minutes as well to switch off so really not ideal, especially when you're trying to rest after spending all day visiting the city. Also, the toilet door doesn't close completely so it feels like you're in the same room when using the toilet. We booked the suite, absolutely overpriced for what you get. There was a coffee machine, but not capsules were provided. You basically have to check in by yourself, providing pictures of your id and filling in a form online, just hours before arrivals. We did not have any interaction with the host, a part from some texts where she sent us videos to show how to enter the building.
