Location near Vatican, bus stations , bus shuttle from/to airport Great hosts, huge thanks to Elizabeth Breakfast is good for Rome , not only coffee and croissants. Opportunity to make fresh orange juice on breakfast

Noisy street outside Blankets could be better, and bed is quite hard.

Perfect location, special staff!

We had an excellent weekend in this B&B! Location is perfect - near the river, Castel Sant'Angelo, Vatican, and lots of nice stores. The area is green, feels safe and it is very silent at night. SIT bus stop to/from Fiumicino airport is just a few steps away. The staff was really friendly and accomodating, specially Elizabeta! Our room was modern and comfortable. Breakfast was a plus to start the day. We'll definitely stay here whenever we are in Rome.

We can't complain about anything. In our opinion, the only thing that could be improved is replacing toiletries and used mugs/glasses from one day to the next. However, when we needed some more toiletries, we just asked for whatever was running out and it was promptly replaced and we were very happy!

Elizabeth is a super host. Friendly, attentive, does all the efforts to make you comfortable. Good location near the Vatican city and not far way from the city center. The room although not very big is good enough.

The noise from the avenue could be bothersome. They provide ear plugs just in case.

Good hotel and stuff

- The host ( Elizabeth) was really friendly and attentive, ready to help with anything. - The location was great, the sights were quite close, we didn't use transport at all and went on foot from one place to another.

The lighting can be improved, it was a bit dark for me in the room at night.

Very nice and great breakfast

Close to Vatican, nice area, room cleanliness. Breakfast was great because they provide more than just croissants and coffee :). Staff are really kind and helpful.

We reserved for four nights but when we arrived they didnt book our first night; after speaking with Ms Diana she helped us to get another room in the same building, so they fixed the issue.

Great place! Would recommend.

Great property and lovely host. Its a bed and breakfast and theres no one at the front desk to help with the check in or provide additional supplies. You will receive instructions on the day of check in.

Could not request more paper towels because theres no one at the front.

A short walk to the city, even shorter to The Vatican!

Breakfast was a great start to the day.. our hostess went to so much trouble to make sure everyone left satisfied with full tummies. A very cheery lady!
