Very good

We need a room with three beds and this hotel fit us well.

Price was good first the area

Breakfast both mornings were not so well organized. Hot foods ran out and the eating area could be better laid out.

Nice hotel, great staff, quiet and comfortable but not a great free breakfast

Room was cleaned regularly and staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast area is a bit small and crowded and the selections were mediocre

This hotel is clean, convenient and has a very friendly front desk staff.

It is located in a beautiful setting and very convenient to the highway. We have stayed here before and would return on any future trip.

Our room attendant was very negligent. She never left toilet paper and our tissue box was not refilled. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating,

The customer service provided by the front desk clerk, Rob, was phenomenal! I have never experienced such great hospitality in all my travels.

The people next door to my room. They were very noisy and banging the door alot.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel and enjoyed the Asheville area and the Biltmore!

Very comfortable bed. Room was very spacious and clean. Quiet room at end of hall on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Asheville area.

I would not recommend it, see why on the details on my full review.

The bed was comfortable, the room window had a nice view of the forest. The shower water was hot.

We booked a king suite with a separate living space with a sofa and bed. But they placed us in a regular king bedroom, with the sofa and tv in front of the bed. It was an accessibility room which we did not request but they said it was the only one they had available with a king bed. I requested a room change since our stay was a full week. But they never followed up or try it any other way to fulfill our request. We ended up paying the same rate as the suite we had booked even though we never got to stay in it. When we checked out and payed the front desk staff asked how was our stay, so I told them our situation. They basically just gave us excuses and did not offer any way to make it up. Even though overall the room was ok, I would not stay again or recommend it because it did not fulfill our needs and the staff did nothing to help make up for their mixup in booking and placing guests in rooms.
