Excellent and comfortable stay in a wonderful apartment!

The apartment was very clean and the space was wonderful for a family of two adults and two children. The Sofa bed was easy to set up. Great location at Chinatown with many food options and a subway station nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we asked for help.

For a five day stay, more shampoo and bath soap would have been helpful (the bottles given were too small).

Excellent location for everything walking! At any time of day! That's a challenging ask for Boston.

While we were late, location suggested 24hrs checkin. Waited in cold for 30 mins before someone let us in. Found the helpful attendant even later, since attendant phone and badge were left at the reception desk with that listed number on the window. The attendants at the reception were great the rest of our stay, including found late night attendant. We women felt safe at all times of day...sisters hanging out while working from home...with need for late night coffee and deep dives. Gorgeous apartment (1-bed) with extra large windows and tall ceilings, though 'city - privacy' (read none during the day).

We opened the sofa bed to find blood stains on the mattress cover upon arrival. This put us on edge about everything. While seemingly clean the dishwasher and washing machines smelled. There was barely enough toilet paper or towels for our stay. While there was a washing machine/dryer, there was a limited use of water (great for conservation, however...) for travelers to stay for extended periods with no clear indication of duration. There seemed to be many hidden costs, tp after the first, tiny tubes of shampoo/conditioner (unlike the pictures), coffee enough for a day, no filters after. Unfortunately, felt tricked by luxury in the name and couldn't truly leave behind the daily doings of life.

It was okay!

Good location

I didnt like that when we were checking in the security staff was rude. They took about 15 min to check us in and on top of that cursed while checking us in. Mind you we were checking in late. The apartment wasnt luxury, one of our blinds was broken we werent able to enjoy the view. Not to mention the light at the front door had a piece of paper wrapped around it to make up for the glass that was missing. Our TV was not working inside our bedroom, could not find network inside of it. The moldings and walls were beat up. The microwave did not work as well. The knobs from the stove were popped out they didnt work. The dryer inside the room gave us some trouble.
