Superb

Our host was very frriendly and helped us with helpful tips about the area. We also got a nice breakfast in the morning with fresh fruits. It's a good starting point to get to the Damro tea factory and the Ramboda waterfall. We can recommend this accommodation and would come here again.

I was back from the Adam's Peak hike and reached back at midnight. It was raining, dark, I was dead tired and all I needed is help with getting in the house because I didn't want to enter some other house at the midnight. The caretaker told me "I can't come out because it's raining" This was when I was in the rain myself worried about damaging my phone and getting wet and being dead tired. They are absolute assholes. The caretaker and the owner.

They stole my money!!!

They stolen our money in this property!! We are not sure who stole our money (we think unfortunately that it must be someone from their staff) but we are sure that our money have been stolen in this place. It was the only one time that me and my boyfriend left money in our room for few hours (they knew we gonna be gone for a while). It is impossible that the money were stolen somewhere else. And! Whats even more insane that only took part of our money, so we didnt realise at first. Later when we accused them they were super calm and said they have security cameras. Thats great but there was black spot from outside to our window (on the ground floor, easy to break in). I was hesitating whether I should write this review cause I didnt catch them. But one think is sure in this booking my and my boyfriends money disappeared so I write this in order to worn other potential guests. Maybe they always take just part of money and people notice it to late to know who and where stole them or they think they lost them. I am very sad that someone used my trust and I write this because I hope no one will be in our situation. Btw the location is not city center at all.

Excellent owner, very friendly and informative, amazing breakfast in house for only 800 rupees per person, facilities were very clean.

The house itself was quite cold, plenty of blankets were provided but be sure to bring warm clothes.

Simple property very close to the Nuwara Eliya town. Comfortable bed and linen and clean wash room. They do have xommon tea coffee making facility out side in the common area. Will definitely come back again

You will not regret staying here

Everything was clean, the water was hot, the beds were very comfortable, the place was nice and easily accessible from the city center. But perhaps the best part of our stay was the owner with his beautiful wife and daughter. They were extremely helpful and even did our laundry for free!!! I totally suggest this place. Probably our best stay in the country
