Amazing stay, good location

Amazing staff, very good location and finger licking food.

Fan should be fixed as it was making too much noice. Wasn't a deal breaker for me as it was anyway cold.

Location is ideal if you wish to be slightly away from the main Mussorie crowd. Quite peaceful at night. they have a parking area as well as a cafe that provides food and drinks. Staff is friendly and helpful. Do note there are two roads leading to the property: 1x East, 1x West. The eastern side is quite steep so if your vehicle is not up to the task, its better to take the western road.

Unfortunately the bed sheets in my room werent clean. It took some time to get them changed but it was done without complain by the staff.

A pleasant experience close to nature completed with a comfortable stay and friendly service.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and co-operating. Special mention to Mr. Jeet and Mr. Abhijeet. Right from any kind of queries before stay to helping us with cab booking for local sight-seeing and also in between ensuring that we're having a comfortable stay, both have been very helpful in our smooth stay there. Other support and restaurant staff were helpful as well. The breakfast was delicious. The view from the balcony was amazing. Location of the hotel is such that one can enjoy the serene and peaceful surroundings.

Since, the location is a bit off main road so direction sign boards are very important which we felt should have been more on the way to the hotel.
