Very good

Top location, big and very nice decorated rooms

Big and very nice decorated room in the street to eat at night, helpfull personal. In 10 to 15 minutes you could walk to the metro and pubs as TA and TOT, Chinatown market is around the corner.

Every evening there was very loud live music (of Thai people singing in English but not understanding what they were singing about for example) in the bar downstairs that one hears in the hotelrooms too. A little bit less noice would have been nice.

The staff were fantastic and the suite was great.

A hotel with a different ambience, which enhanced our stay in China Town.

Lighting was not sufficient in the room and having a sink in the room instead of the bathroom was problematic.

horrible, expensive and run down

the breakfast looked amazing, unfortunately due to not having hot water we had to leave the hotel with only 5 minutes to grab a coffee and cake and run to our taxi to the airport.

EVERYTHING -No hot water, paper thin walls, door so flimsly if I lent on it it would break. for 140 a night I expected much much more... superior room I THINK NOT our childrens room aircondidtion didnt turn off, so they slept in their jackets as it was freezing

The oriental ambience of the hotel smack in Chinatown. The live performing band.

The room is too dim and there is no open window for fresh air.

Very good stay in the middle of China Town!

The location, in the middle of China town. The live music at the bar downstairs, the breakfast was truly perfect. The staff also speaks English very well and was helpful. The hotel itself looks beautiful from inside, as well as the room I had. And the room was quiet despite the loud live music at the bar.

Prices of the beer at the bar is more than in Europe (and it was a local beer). The bed was a little hard, but okay it was still fine.

Pleasant

No great value for money

The bed is comfortable. The room is spacious. And the location in Chinatown is great.

It did not really match te standing it pretends to offer: there are no special amenities, the design and decor is a bit old, and more important it feels really dark (there are no real windows in the the rooms). It feels you can get a much better experience for the same price in Bangkok.
