Excellent location.

Not good value for the money. No WiFi yet there was low cell service. Lounge had rubbish all around the sides of the cushions. House could really benefit from a spruce up.

Great Location with basic facilities

Great Location

Was very dark, some lights did not work. Couches very uncomfortable and smelt heavily of dog Limited facilities eg no dishwasher or internet only basic tv and no games room as advertised.

Easy access with plenty of room for so many people

A second bathroom and/or toilet would be handy but we made it work with 2 familys

The windows were dirty and the toilet smelt of urine unsure if its on the floor tiles in toilet.

Great location / excellent house

Everything about our stay was excellent. The house was great and a short walk to all amenities. The facilities were fantastic and the hosts added some extra touches to make us feel welcomed. Would def be back and would not hesitate to recommend Settlement Sands.

Great experience, great house, great location, great size for families !

lots of space indoor and outdoor for a family of 6 and a dog. Also the rear yard is excellent for keeping you dog safe and secure. Ample parking for multiple cars, boats, trailers. each room is well equipped, however i would recommend additional sheets and pillow cases.

Their are lots of stairs, but that is something to be expected for this style of house, not that i mind! But people with disabilities may struggle with the lower level toilet and laundry. Not really a dislike just an observation for others to be aware of.
