Large rooms and great living/kitchen area.

The television reception wasn't great - we could only find one channel. There were stocks of DVDs and games, and we had youtube as well so it wasn't a problem.

Nice comfortable 2 bedroom close to Phillip Island GP Circuit. Everything works!

Two of us travelled to participate in the California Superbike School activities on the Phillip Island GP Circuit. The beds were comfortable, the showers hot, the fridge cold and the bungalow presented well. Thank you Steve. We will stay again.

There was not really anything not to like. Good value accommodation.

Accommodation was perfect for the intended stay

Great location for my particular circumstances with all of the amenities I required. Extremely spacious and relaxing lounge area. A clean, neat house and one that I will no doubt utilise in the future.

The rear patio area requires a bit of attention

Phillip Island is so small that getting anywhere was easy with a car. Location was super quiet. House was well set up for a family of 2 small kids. Beds were comfortable.

Unfortunately the living room and particularly the cushions smelt badly of wet dog. It was a shame because although the outdoor areas weren't particularly clean, they were fine for a family in and out of the beach and it was expected given previous reviews. Also, the oven is not in good shape (which the hosts mentioned in their welcome pack).

The house was well presented and VERY WELCOMING!!

I just felt that the place lacked attention to detail with cleaning (glass vass on table was covered in dust and the sink needed a good clean - dull looking) just small details Rusty chairs out front. No sugar
