    A nice location but not a comfortable or cozy stay.
    Location was nice, close to the water and a quick walk to restaurants and shops. Very large to accommodate lots of people.
    Furniture was old, dirty, and very cheap. Beds were uncomfortable. Mini sized refrigerator and sparse extras in the kitchen.

    Place was dirty, lots of dirt under the couches and cornice was dirty, floors were clean. Cupboards above the benchtop were greasy, lots of spider webs easily noticeable. Rubbish bins were full in complete.. Tv upstairs in common area where everyone will actually sit is an old fashioned tv and tv downstairs where someone will hardly watch is the newer model. Looks alike they have done this on purpose. It was boring.dining chair was broken.

    the view was nice
    the property was dirty; the showers had mould in the grout, there was long black hair in draws and on the floor, the bin had food spilt on and around it, the sheets on the bed had hair in them. Was disappointing to pay all that money for something that was that dirty.

    BBQ was not cleaned from previous guests, gas bottle was pretty much empty so did not bother using BBQ...
