- fantastic location - super large rooms and verandas - immaculately maintained property - personalised room service

- slightly indifferent restaurant staff. - room amenities not conveniently positioned( plug points and side tables away from the beds, no toiletries holder near the shower area) - only 1 bottle of water in the room

Great location, staff is nice

Breakfast is not good, wifi doesnt work very well, the room is too big and the furnitures doesnt fit with the size of the room. You can feel its empty ( for exemple the tu is very far from the bed and the to size is quit small compare to the room )

Location was perfect from the main street, not too far and could get the hotel to book a ride at any time through whatsapp, was really easy to communicate with everyone. Our room was really clean and big, with a gorgeous view. Went during off season so it was really peaceful.

Worth it for its Location and Private Pool

Excellent location with gorgeous views of the ocean. About 10 min drive to the Banjar Nyuh harbour, where there is also a small stretch of restaurants with good evening vibe. Property was huge and well maintained. Main pool of the hotel is gorgeous. A very decent sized infinity private pool with the ocean view in the 2BR Villa. We got a good deal on the villa for abt 3.5 mil IDR per night and it felt worth the money.

In the two bedroom Villa, 2nd BR with twin bed had no luggage storage space. Villa for 4 people had only 3 pool beds. We booked floating bfast for additional 200K IDR over and above the buffet bfast which was already included in the booking, but despite request the restaurant staff refused to send extra fruits on the floating bfast.

Nice stay and highly recommended

We really enjoyed our stay there, even tho it were only 2 nights, we really loved it. The staff are really welcomeing, espcially the girl who provided excellent service in the restaurant with her sweet smile always! It made you a nice ending with that smile after the exhausted west line tour. The room was really big as well as the bed. The view outside was epic, but because of the weather, we couldnt see the mountian on the back clearly, otherwise itz gonna be infinite pool+mountain view. The location is good, close to the port where we did the snorkeling and take the boad. Shuttle bus were provided as well, the shuttle bus driver was so nice of him helping us get the boat ticket from the office. I would like to go back there again if I were travel to the island next time.

The air conditioner in that room were not working so well, it was cooling but not really great tho, and not much choice of the TV channels. We been eating most of the meal in the restaurant in hotel, some of the meal did not really match my taste, but overall were good.

Rooms were fantastic and HUGE! The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you.

TV had no smart capability but we had our tablet so hard that instead. You need transport (bike or car) as it's quite a bit out of town on nusa. The room locks didn't feel very secure at all. There is no spa on site rather a random room out the back of reception is used for massages etc which isn't very sensual for a "spa" experience so I think I would skip this next time. The food wasn't fantastic and you couldn't charge anything to your room which we found a tad unusual for a hotel. We were disappointed to hear there was no laundry service at the hotel.
