Great place , centre of Florence , perfect for couples, great vibe all around .

The property is at the best location in Florence . Everything , from breakfast to rooms , everything was perfect

The restaurant and bar is a bit over priced and doesnt offer much options for dinner . Its better to get dinner outside as the area is commutable .

Old world charm doeant mean old.

Beautifully appointed in an old world style. School of Mongiardino. Incredibly courteous and genuinely friendly staff.

The bar design is trying to be different. It doesnt work. They should just have stuck to traditional. And the lobby/reception area could use a bit of love.

Well located clean and spacious apartment

The property was very close to the train station on a square. It was less than a 10 min flat walk to the historic centre. We walked everywhere and found the location great. The property was spacious and comfortable. Check in and breakfast were at the hotel a few doors away. The porter helped with luggage and there was a direct phone line to the hotel. The kitchen facilities weee good and there was a nearby supermarket that was well stocked.

The apartment shared an entrance with other properties in the building. There was a septic smell around the lift. This smell was not in the apartment but it was unpleasant to walk past. The wifi was terrible due to thick walls but this could easily be fixed by management if they used a wifi extender. The front bedroom could be noisy due to the restaurant below but the back bedrooms were perfect.

An unbelievably beautiful stay in Flonase

Property is central and walking distance to everything. The staff were amazing. Room was so large and comfortable. In the Square there was a busker singing opening the window, it was like our own serenade if you didnt want to hear it, the windows closed blocked everything out - we loved hearing the music though. The hotel is just beautiful! Laundromat just around corner too. Breakfast was amazing (best bacon so far!)
