Great location, immaculate rooms and friendly staff!

Great location, well appointed and thought out rooms! The rooftop restaurant was delicious and the view over the city is a great way to unwind with a drink after a long day sightseeing.

Best location in Florence!

Best location! Designer hotel with all the amenities: good cosmetics, hair conditioner.

The hotel has a general heating, meaning you cant change the in room temperature, and it was very cold! The staff was friendly to give us extra blankets but it wasnt 100 comfortable. Also, a complimentary bottle of water in the room would be nice.

Great location & super helpful staff. Beautiful amenities & mini bar, even lovely turn down service. Super little bar & great coffee!

There was some kind of creak in the wall that was loud & fairly regular? Bit annoying

Stayed for our honeymoon

Lovely large, modern and bright room, with a great view. Fantastic location. Great rooftop bar. Friendly staff. Would recommend.

I did tell them it was our honeymoon. Was slightly disappointed there wasnt any acknowledgement, no card, nothing. Maybe hotels dont do this anymore.
