Hotel Rapallo is highly recommended due to the effort and attention to detail by the staff. The rooms are spotless and spacious, with great amenities and excellent shower pressure. The breakfast is d (Read More)elicious and made with heart and soul. The staff, including Larry, is friendly and helpful in all aspects. The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood, within walking distance to tourist attractions and a weekend market. Overall, a fantastic experience worth repeating.

Lovely stay. Clean, comfortable, very nice staff. Breakfast was excellent. Thank you!

We stayed at the end of November and the room was a bit cold during the night; the ventilation system hadn't helped either. But we turned on the heater in the bathroom and left the door open so it got warmer.

Probably the best accomodation in Florence

A wonderful home away from home!

The staff were so warm, gracious and welcoming. The location was close to the city center so it was easy to get around. The hotel was beautifully decorated and clean. The breakfast offered a variety of tasty options.

I wish every hotel we stayed in was Hotel Rapallo

My favorite hotel during our Italy trip. I highly recommend Hotel Rapallo. The breakfast was fantastic and the free afternoon snacks were always so wonderful to come home to after a long day of walking around Florence. The staff was so helpful too! When we missed our tour (one I booked separately), they quickly helped me out and booked us another one for the following day. No fuss. I should have just asked them to book for me from the start! At no extra fee too! We just paid the tour people directly. The room had everything we needed and it was just such a comfortable stay. I will stay here again.
