The Arte Boutique Hotel in Florence received exceptional reviews from guests. The staff, particularly Aneta and Bernadette, went above and beyond to provide excellent service and recommendations. The (Read More) hotel's location was ideal, close to the city center but quiet. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Guests enjoyed the complimentary aperitifs and breakfast. Overall, the hotel provided a wonderful experience and guests expressed their eagerness to stay there again.

Great location, very stylish funky hotel on a great street near all of the significant tourist locations. Comfortable, pretty rooms.

The water heater in our room is not working properly. It turned hot suddenly which is quite annoying when we shower.

A very pleasant stay

My wife and I stayed here during Christmas for 5 days. From check in to check out everything went very smoothly and professionally. All staff are super friendly and willing to help. The added value here is that you reach center in 1 minute but it is very quiet, since the room faces to the inner yard. Definitely recommend!

Get past the entrance and the hotel is exceptional. The staff are even better.

Wonderful breakfast. Hotel in a fantastic location for all the major historic sites and museums. .

Entrance off street a bit shabby as hotel occupies upper floors of a multistorey building and the entrance corridor shared with other occupants had a strange smell.

The location of the hotel and that breakfast and operatives were included. The staff were very nice. The hotel was just around the corner from everything and is well suited for a short break.

Room was a bit small otherwise it was fine.
