The staff couldn't do enough for us. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I have a gluten intolerance and they were really supportive.

The pool is more a plunge pool!

Had to ask to have the tea, coffee and milk to be replaced each day. Only to small milks given per day enough for one tea or coffee per couple per day.

Great value hote with great views from a heated rooftop pool

The hotel is great value for money with the heated pool looking over the city, sauna, etc. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are very comfortable, I slept really well.

The location was a little further away than expected (about 20 minutes walk from the city). This worked for us as we enjoyed searching through the wider city and getting some steps in, but may not work for others.

Wonderful stay

The view was lovely, the hotel was clean and comfortable rooms. The vallet parking was perfect!

The pool wasnt hot enough for November swimming. The restaurant food was very good but very different types of dishes which wasnt ideal for a family more fine dining

Lovely

We loved having a heated pool and sauna in the hotel. The rooftop bar was also lovely, with gorgeous views of the city. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was close to the river which was lovely to walk along the Arno about 20 mins from the main tourist attractions.

We could hear the TV in other rooms occasionally. There was confusing messaging about the pool - the leaflet in the room said it was only open until September (but it was open when we went in November, we just got a fright)!
