Good location. Handy that theres free street party outside the hotel.

Comfortable beds. Good size suite and amazing views from the 23rd floor. Lovely staff.

Food was quite basic in flavours. Im guessing this may be down to catering for the predominantly elderly demographic The extra pillows (from the wardrobe) smelt of stale sweat. We had to wrap a clean towel around them to sleep on.

Good for a short stay!

Food in the all inclusive main restaurant was delicious and so were the snacks and drinks available. Room was huge and the fridge was a great touch to keep milk and drinks in, balcony was incredible size and lovely to sit on at night. All the staff were very polite. Great walking distance to the beach and old town.

Walls were quite thin and could hear next door TV going until early hours, not so bad as we had ear plugs but definitely annoying. Indian restaurant was appalling, do not use at all. Bathroom in suite could do with a freshen up, not dirty but a bit neglected.

Exceptional

Staff were great and only a 10 minute walk to the beach and nightlife. We stayed all inclusive and the food can get a bit samey but the hotel made sure that the menu varied each day, not something you always get at an all inclusive.

Other than the lift being a bit slow but hey, you're on holiday what's the rush.

just the job.

everything was very good, cant find fault with anything. little bit of a walk up hill for those with mobility problems but scooter hire is very reasonable and the hotel has great chargeing fcilities.
