Exceptional

The facilities are amazing. The food is delicious and the staff are very pleasant. The chill bar meant we could have a glass of wine watching the sun set and the whole hotel is spotless

The downstairs bar had some very crude guests in it and we had to leave 2 nights running

Very upsetting and embarassing especially having are great grandaughter present

Nothing could not sit round the pool,ppl were putting towels on loungers and no room for any of us and we had are great grandaughter with us 9 yrs old food could not eat and the staff were very very very rude to just are family as we did watch them being polite to other guest did let Booking.com know this while theirs as we felt the hotel staff were against people who are Black and we were proved right a few times in this hotel,dreadful time

Respect for my family and we were the only family in the hotel from a Black background

Very good

Good place to stay near the beach, preferably when not too full.

The sea view from the jacuzzi. And the closeness of the beach. Good size TV, but complicated Internet connection.

The lack of an easy & good parking, and complicated procedure to opt to one of the few parking places available. The lack of ice machine on the hallway. Waiting in line several minutes for an elevator to arrive. Small swimming pool with few places.
