My first time to Benidorm and the hotel and amenities were amazing. Have booked twice for next year

Breakfast was plenty of choice and all hot and fresh. Dinner choices were very good too - nothing to complain about.

Its the best hotel in Benidorm they just need to heat the pool

Animation team were good and very personable. Bar staff, restaurant staff and reception staff were very efficient and friendly.

The only fault I could find is the temperature in the swimming pool was freezing and it took to long to acclimatise to the conditions. Consequently myself and other guests did not use the pool on a daily basis which one would expect in a hot resort.

Great Hotel, highly recommended

The hotel is in a great location. Rooms are spacious and clean. The food is excellent. Spa and gym are great. The staff are very polite and helpful. Parking at the hotel is good and reasonably priced. Drinks in the bar were reasonably priced.

The large bar near the pool area is a bit dated and the queue for drinks were very long with only one person serving. We only went once so it may not be as busy all the time.
