Pool and staff apart from reception staff were lovely

I asked for a sunny room with a sea view and 1 large bed in the room. I got 2 beds and a room at the back that recieved a sliver of sun in early morning only room 901 and 2 beds. I feel I would have better luck asking for nothing because when I did the reply from receptionist was a big fat NO . I understand you're policy 'if available' But all she could do is upgrade us at a cost.

Was a nice stay, to have quality time with loved ones.

Food was plentiful. Too much to eat. Full board is too much to eat.

Breakfast good but some items not very hot Having a fridge in the room Size and facilities in room Good quality large towels

Best hotel in Benidorm, absolutely stunning

What a beautiful hotel. The Christmas scene outside of the hotel was amazing. Fabulous staff, really friendly. The rooms were massive. Great powerful shower with lots of lotions and potions in the bathroom. And the rooftop pool was simply stunning. It was five minutes to the seafront and one minute walk to the strip.
