Great for long-term staying.

Very easy access to Haneda airport. Beds are soft.

Cleaning fee is not prompted in the mainpage, and I was not noticed until upon payment. The bed makes a noise when the sleeper turns over.

It is our first time in Tokyo. the receptionist was so nice and helpful. She guided us to find the hotel and get into the room. The hotel is very clean and quiet beyound our expectation. We will come again .

Mouldy but bearable in a financial pickle

There are several toilets and multiple showers. I was really grateful to have a fridge in the room and a key for security. The location is also great as it is practically across the road from the station, a 7-eleven and a supermarket.

Though I'm grateful I had somewhere to lay my head in a tight financially situation, the facilities, room and showers were quite grimey and mouldy. As someone with a mould allergy, this was the deciding factor in my review. The cleaners did a good job in the kitchen but the wallpaper and air-cons (upstairs) are desperate for a deep clean. The top of my fridge (206) kept producing moisture, and the inside of it had food crumbs inside. I'm glad the washing machine and dryer are free to use, though it would be a great investment to get a more powerful dryer to cut drying time by at least half. Other things I didn't like concerned the inconsiderate, noisy or untidy other guests, so I will factor them out because when nobody was home, my stay was more pleasant.

Cheap price

- The house is not so dirty but the sanitation could be improve, and it seems like the air conditioner has not been cleaned for a while - Some roommates may cook their dinner at 2:00am , and do not clean the kitchen after finishing the food. - The house is just next to the main railway in Tokyo. You can hear the big some of train pass through every day from 5am to 1am.

perfect hotel stay - not sure why the score is so low! our flight got in at 3 am and the staff were super accommodating! the right next to the train station too! :)

thin walls so noisy but honestly for the price, i dont have any complaints
