We have stayed here for the past 4 years perfect location for the racing new years day. Everything you need under a roof. The staff and management couldnt be any more helpfull

Very good

Location was amazing with exceptional views. Mattress was uncomfortable, Wi-Fi poor reception. However the room was amazing and very well presented and serviced.

Desperate for a renovation, single room you will get woke up around 8:30am from staff conversations below you. Floor boards creak and stains on the carpet. Windows rattled and Nobody at reception either when checking in

Good basic accommodation

Booked as a single room and had a double bed and plenty big enough for one. Provided all the basic needs. Bed was comfy.

I found the wi-fi difficult to access. There was no information on this in the room. After asking a member of staff I couldn't sign up to sky as it cut out before I was able to enter all the info required, so I gave up and used my mobile data. There was never anyone on reception, although there was a number to dial. Unfortunately the hotel foyer was obviously not cleaned daily as drink glasses were laying about for two of the nights while I stayed. Hope these comments can help you improve your service.

Nice hotel in a great location. Breakfast was very good, staff were friendly.

Great location, good breakfast, spacious car park. Great Value.

Breakfast procedure was odd. All the sauces and milk for tea were on a table at the end of the restaurant. Not a big deal, just odd.

Welcoming hotel!

View great, breakfast lovely although initially I hadnt realised it wasnt included in the room price. Others booking directly with the hotel had breakfast included. Left a iPhone charger. (Plug & cable) in room 1 and this was not found when I rang to enquire?!

N/A except losing my phone charger!
