It was more that I expected.

Absolutely lovely place. Location is just the best. Beds are super comfy and the staff members have been so welcoming and just 100% there with the service. Definitely will come back to stay more than one night. Is the right place to stay if you want to run away from busy city life and recharge your batteries.

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff and breakfast was ample and excellent.

Pleasant, but could have been much better.

Dinner was very good, but dessert (pannacotta) was bad, breakfast was ok, service not great.

Had to move rooms as when arrived it was very cold, then afterwards there was a smell, due to a leaking radiator. Ground floor bar and restaurant was very nice but the hotel part felt dated.

A very comfortable and relaxing stay in a wonderful location.

Well appointed, comfortable room which was spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was substantial and very tasty. Location is perfect for walkers.
