You can judge a lot from a hotel by the quality of the the standard of the shower..... Both are great! This was my 3rd stay and not my last!

The breakfast experience

Quiet room.Comfy bed.Welcoming receptionist on arrival.View of the Malvern hills. Breakfast was fantastic! and so was the entertainment as the Gentleman that took our breakfast order was so funny,he made our day. We would stay there again just for the entertainment.

Pillows lumpy and hard,so found it difficult to sleep.The markings on the shower controls are difficult to see,so couldnt control the temperature.

Perfect weekend away

The hotel staff we very pleasant and enthusiastic from the check in, bar and breakfast staff. The hotel was perfectly situated for the shops, theatre and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean and had everything you needed. The breakfast was fantastic as they were very flexible with what you could order.

I bow to the owners :)

Pretty everything about this hotel is wonderful. Location, the rooms, the showers, the food and the beer. :) Breakfast was fabulous and served by a proud owner who clearly takes great care of the finer details. The bar and restaurant staff were amiable and efficient providing a great drinking/dining experience. In case you are thinking it Im not related to the owners and never met them before our stay. :)
