Very poor

The service spoiled the stay

The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. I liked the shampoo.

The front desk was so rude. She made me feel unwelcomed and didn't try to accommodate us when we got there 45 minutes before check-in. When I was checking out, the same front desk person, refused to acknowledge me while she was on the phone, for more than 10 minutes.

Great

Front desk customer service was awesome Breakfast was delicious Love the full kitchen. Spacious rooms. Location is great.

We stayed there before but this time our room (138) seemed like it was falling apart. Toilet paper holder falling out of wall and towel rack was broken. Refrigerator moves forward when trying to open it. But we love hotel and will continue to stay here. I will just request to not have that room if offered again.

Old mattresses, pillows, all the fixtures needs repairing, reserved king bed, and without prior noticed due to overbooking was move to 2 queens room

Nice room.

Needed a waffle maker. We had a handicapped room but there was no drop down bench in the tub for someone to use if could not step in/stand. Also needed a non-skid mat for the tub. Needed small container of dish soap for washing dishes by hand. All is was good

Location

1. Motel quality beds .. brutal 2. Room was run down- kitchen cabinets, table, chairs, couch 3. During our 5 night stay, 2 afternoons there was no running water in entire property 4. Fire alarm went off twice in 5 days- once in the morning, once in the afternoon 5. Upon arrival we were told wed have to move our vehicle the next morning by 7am for parking lot paving. Not sure when paving was done..didnt see equipment 6. Didnt like the layout of the property
