Good stuff and thanks for a great experience.

I will definitely return to visit the accommodations at both the Marriott and AC Hotels as I am a Hornets fan and the location is spot on with access to the arena.

I would like to see some type of non-slip mat or felt on the shower floor for added safety with all of the glass surrounding you. Especially for the elderly

Front desk person was amazing. So helpful with parking situation and my son was arriving and we had 2 cars. She was very friendly. Shower was probably the best I've ever had.

Breakfast was not great. Eggs tasted not great, bacon below average, pancake machine broke temporarily. Room too small where the food is ... constantly bumping into one another. Good coffee ... strong.

Overall, good choice.

It was clean, room was on same floor as check-in, which was nice, quiet and guest service was pleasant and helpful.

No sheets or blankets were given for sofa bed. I called front desk to request, was told someone would be there and 45 minutes later, had to call back to request linens again.

Perfect location for attending concert at the spectrum center, just walked across the street and there we were! Staff and accomodations all good, no issues with parking and the breakfast was well stocked. Would definitely recommend

We had a great stay! I would recommend this hotel to anyone attending an event at Spectrum Center!

The location was perfect for us because we attended a concert at the Spectrum Center. It was maybe a 2 minute walk there. The room was much more spacious than we expected. The staff we encountered were phenomenal!

I wish we didn't have to pay a fee for parking, but that's understandable when staying downtown.

Nice affordable hotel located near many downtown venues

Spectrum Center is conveniently located by the hotel where we attended a concert. Their breakfast was very good but should remain open until 10:00. The rooftop bar was closed after the concert which was disappointing..
