Highly recommend..

Everything was exceptional.

Fire alarm ..had to evacuate and stand on the street in the freezing weather. No compensation on the bill. Not even a free cocktail at the bar.

Breakfast. I ordered pancakes. The portion would have fed a family. I would have preferred a roll some pancakes, some fruit ... No restaurant was open. I arrived at around 8 pm on a Sunday.

I always love staying at Renaissance a Hotel- my son goes to college there so it is pretty convenient.

The room, the restaurant, location

Never had any issues before -have stayed here with positive reviews . Feedback- 1. I had to use the microwave on the 5th floor and it was filthy/ disgusting with dry food stuck on the glass so it had been there for sometime . I just ate my food cold . 2. I was double charged for my stay and the receptionist was very dismissive of my concern when I inquired as I was checking out, saying it would go back to my account after I checked out. I called later after I got my receipt confirming I was indeed double charged but this time the lady I spoke to on the phone was wonderful and fixed it.

Our room was huge and clean. The mattress was a bit soft, but it was ok. Bathroom was nice and clean. Breakfast was really amazing, the best we ever had in a hotel.
