Memorable

Location is great just opposite to Crabtree mall, with lot of restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly. Ambiance was great. Room was very spacious.

Breakfast options in buffet could be better. All amenities are good after renovation but the carpet in rooms can be cleaner.

Beautiful hotel!

Absolutely fantastic facilities, staff, comfort, location, etc.

The only thing that could have made my stay a 10/10 would have been more options for vegetarian food on the menu and also less disposable serving ware. I ordered breakfast twice at the bar in order to get my meal and coffee on a plate and in a mug, instead of getting it at the mall across the street since that would come in disposable containers. But unfortunately, even though I specifically asked for the meals and coffee for here the toast came in a styrofoam container and the coffee came in a disposable cup. Even asking for a glass of water came in a plastic cup. Im trying to be more environmentally conscious, so that was the only disappointment in my entire stay - everything else was perfect.

The property was very clean and pretty.

I stayed with my two children (1 & 4) and my mom on Thanksgiving night after spending time with family. Check in went smoothly everyone was kind but the next morning I was woken up at 8am to someone knocking twice, pretty loudly, and then they opened the door! Which then woke up both of my children and my mom. Checkout wasnt until 11 so that was frustrating to be woken up when I could have caught more sleep. Being a mom of little ones sleep is important, and being that we had a late night them getting the most sleep they could was what any parent would want. That would be my only complaint of our stay.

Service was horrible. Could not get anyone to take order at breakfast. Wait time to get breakfast completed was 60-75 min. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Towels did not smell well.

Its overpriced for the type of hotel no microwaves wallpaper peeling tables need replacing and had a bad experience with a fight in the room next door police were called scared to go to sleep and they offered no compensation not a good experience,

I loved that fact that it was close to shopping mall across the street .. couldnt get no better then that .. along with the wait staff Sunday morning breakfast.. Heather was awesome hands down .. couldnt ask for a better server then her .. very bubbly, and on task with everything we asked for and extra with giving us a great place to go to that we asked about !!!!

The elevators !! It was only 1 working .it was a bit much .. that weekend they had a lot going on a wedding , football team sheezzzz .. and there was a wait to check into my room .. I was compensated with free breakfast for the next morning along with complimentary snacks upstairs on the 6th floor while we waited for the room to be cleaned.

Great quick stay.

Hotel is beautiful and staff was great. Very pleasant with all we encountered. Breakfast in the dining room was delicious.

Parking was a bit difficult. Although I believe there was an event going on , so probably not normally. But after a long drive and it was late we had to park way in the back on a lower level and walk a distance to get back in to the hotel.

The stay was great your rooms are great beds the best.

I was greeted in a charming and friendly manner which I was pleased. We were asked about our stay and told about the hotel and where to find our way around.

When it was time to check out I was not given the same respect as when I checked in. The lady seemed bothered that she had to help me, what she had in her hand or was doing was more important. More like I was a nuisance. In a very plain manner, she said" We have your email" I assumed it was a question so I said yes. Then she said, "You all set ". I said "Have a nice day " So you should show the same RESPECT to your guests coming and when they are leaving because you think you want them to come back. I was there because I got married and e stayed there overnight before traveling back home. My family came that night to have dinner with us at J Alexander's. I WAS VERY SURPRISED AT THIS TREATMENT OF A GUEST.
