Room door was already opened once I got there they was working on the room front desk didnt know anything about it had to wait another 20 minutes for them to finish room had bugs in it

Disappointing

Location

There were bugs in the bathroom and a terrible smell in the room and only one elevator was working that was near our room. Then some kids broke that one and we had to use the other elevator that was further from our room and took forever to come

This great location in Raleigh allows quick access to major points of interest in the area. Parking is free and close to the building. Staff are helpful and responsive to special requests. Suites are spacious and well furnished.

Staff was exceptional!

Building was older than expected, updates are needed. Toilet would run if handle wasnt flushed a certain way. Cracks were found all along the ceiling.
