The hotel was nice with friendly staff, but some benefits for frequent traveler guests have been taken away. The rooms were clean but the bed was too hard. The hotel bar had high beer prices. The hal (Read More)lways were very cold in the mornings, but the staff was helpful. The location was not ideal, but the pillows were great. Some improvements needed, such as adding a microwave and upgrading to smart TVs. Mixed views on this property with some pros and cons mentioned.

I like everything from check in to later that night Adrian was very professional and made sure I was comfortable with my room
The night shift person in the lobby was away from The desk for 45mins I was locked out of my room the police ended up coming because of a situation that occurred and was looking for the night shift person he was no where to be found and I havent received my deposit back yet

Location good! Cleaning not so much! Be careful when entering ur room it might already be occupied!
The locations was wonderful.
1st off we were given a room that already had ppl in it! We went to the 10th floor and to our given room just to realize the room was already occupied! We went back to the service desk and informed her and she gave us new keys for a different room and didnt even apologize! 2nd there was hair all over our bathroom and in our towels and all over the carpet! This is not ok!

Property was easy to get to off of the interstate. Parking and check in was easy. Not quite as nice looking as the photos, but was clean and met our needs.

A bit over priced for the time of year. I was charged 2 different times and 2 different rates, finally refunded the wrong amount... but it won't credit fully to my account for 5 days. This caused undue hardship on my travels.
