Very good

Wonderful place to relaxed, sea view were amazing.

Its a good place to relaxed, clean , sea-view were amazing. Staffs are friendly,kind and helpful. Food were good too.

No slippers in the room upon check in , no toothbrush or toothpaste provided.

Very good, opportunities to improve

We liked the location, the bars and the amazing room we had paid to upgrade to with a Jacuzzi on the roof. Man at leisure desk helped us organise a private lovely boat trip in a big yacht with a Skipper. Sweets in reception were lovely. We ate at the outside lunch restaurant...very nice. Entertainment at the hotel was OK to good.

Opportunities 1. Room was dated and had no USB ports. 2. Breakfast....OK but small amount of British bacon served early and went quickly. Then only streaky bacon served. Not enough staff versus customers at busy times at Breakfast. No granola. 3. Lots of noisy people as part of a large Indian family there for a wedding. The hotel talked to them and did eventually get them to move, which was appreciated. 4. Tennis court...lovely to have this but having to pay was annoying and finding the balls was difficult. The balls weren't very good. 5. Gym was small and not very good. It didn't have mats for me to do my pilates or individual 3kg and 5kg weights for me to do my workouts. Equipment choice very poor for 5 star hotel. No classes to join either.

Not a 5 star hotel!

Very pleasant and helpfull staff, nice sea view rooms, iron in the room.

This is not a 5 stars hotel! Very poor choice of breakfast: cold pancakes and cold vaffles all mornings, no vegetables- just 3 mornings we get cucumbers and tomatoes. Inside pool: cold jacuzzi (water temperature the same as in pool), cold sauna (sometimes it was just +32, hotel guests had to turn on sauna temperature by themselves), dirty pool edge, bad smell of pool water. Outside pool area looked old with peeled ground floor.

Check in after midnight

The mirror in the bathroom wasn't clean, full of marks from drawings people made with the steam. Bed quite uncomfortable and dirty on the sheets (hair and dust). No room service available (only drinks when there was a menu for also food in the room)
