Superb

The welcoming was nice, swift and we were offered a refreshing welcome drink, on Christmas Eve we got a beautiful surprise we found cookies in our room. Before we leave we got popcorn in our room with a thank you for staying. We left very early in the morning and they prepared a very nice take away breakfast, pastries were warm. The daily breakfast was very good and has a variety. They made special egg when I asked. The room had an esspresso machine and they put coffee capsules everyday. Very near to the sea sidewalk, the area is lively and but not noisy. the room is conferrable, we did not have the spa card but the Gym and pool we available for us, the Gym is small but the equipments are new, the pool is also small by our two sons enjoyed their time so much in the pool. the staff a so friendly.

Maybe the room was slightly small for four people but since we we most of the time out the hotel it was not a real problem for us.

I asked if it was possible to get an early check in as I had a surprise message booked for my husband as a birthday treat. As we arrived the room was not ready, the receptionist told my husband about the message so ruined the surprise. When we got to the room we got a surprise as it was set up with balloons, a cake and champagne. The bigger surprise was at check out when I had to pay 50 for the setup which I didnt ask for

Everything it was very good. The location is the best in Malta. The room is very beautiful specially room 1003 is seconde time Im going in HOLM Boutique & SPA and is seconde time I have the same room 1003 very beautiful. Is big room, big toilet, balcony with jacuzzi. The staff was very sweet to help with anything you needed. Very good breakfast

I can't stress this enough, but honestly one of the few Maltese hotels that is the best at hotel industry services. Even when they have interns and trainees, you really notice their passion for providing you the best service with a smile. The rooms are as always in a great state, the design is quirky and colorful and always brings a smile to my face. The beds are great and the bathroom clean. A big plus for my stay this time was the jacuzzi. Holm is the only hotel that I'll actually try to make time for staying at the hotel and use my room and facilities, rather than being outside as much as I can. Room service had left a surprise popcorn bag for my last night and made sure I got notes on cleaning service and other important things if I would have had a do not disturb sign on or was out of the hotel. They do enough to stay involved, without getting too involved which is nice. The night receptionist made me a breakfast package that I could bring with me to my early flight because I would have to leave at 4:30 and not manage to have my last flight. He was also dealing with some super loud guests that night that had the whole hotel awake, managed to fix that and then still did his job with a smile. Also a tip, make use of that spa! It's small but always super quiet and relaxing and the staff there is also, you've guessed it, super helpful. Price quality wise; really worth it especially if you use it for your whole stay. I came back double as relaxed than I was hoping for so thanks again Holm team. You've made my stay amazing again and I will definitely be back.

Location is perfect but poor staff service and non muslim friendly. I SPECIFICALLY SAID THAT I WANT a penthouse so that no one can overlook at us. But she gave me penthouse that people can over look . And someone broke inside the room with out knocking(staff). Very shamefull

We had a suite to sleep 4 people and the sofa bed was not in anyway suitable for adults, poor quality and uncomfortable, in fact so much so one of our group left and went home. The breakfast was basic
