A relaxing stay in luxury.

The buffet breakfast was sumptuous, with many vegan and vegetarian options, even with vegan sausages on the 2nd and 3rd morning. The bed was very comfortable and large. The room was spacious and, from 2nd and 3rd nights we also had a great sea view. The staff were impeccable in their service and friendliness.

The first room we checked into had a really bad stench of drainage on the first afternoon/evening and the bathroom sink leaked water on the side. We told reception just before we went out for dinner and they offered to change the room right away. We had just unpacked everything (we only got the stench once we opened the sink tap) so we told them we would check if the stench would have dissipated when we come back. When we came back the smell was gone so we decided to sleep there (we were also very tired), but again the smell was back next morning as soon as we used the tap again. Next morning we informed reception and they gave us a new room at 1pm. The first morning the kitchen had not been informed that they had vegan guests, which is strange since we had informed the hotel in the booking. Still, the vegan options at the buffet breakfast were ample and from day 2 even brought us vegan sausages.

Exceptional hotel, more than 5 stars!

Everything. The decor of the hotel, ambiance was amazing in the resturants, kind and caring staff wherever you were in the hotel. Location was brilliant, nice walks to the bay and shops. Also the parking facilities for the hire car was ideal. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate us.

Wonderful service made for a very relaxing stay

Our room on the seventh floor was very comfortable and had lovely views. The service at the hotel was outstanding. Upama on Reception took note of our wedding anniversary and arranged Prosecco and chocolates in the room. All the staff were friendly and helpful. This made for a very relaxing stay.
