We recently had the pleasure of experiencing an unforgettable stay at the Intercontinental Hotel, From the moment we entered the grand lobby, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel staff demonstrated unparalleled hospitality, ensuring a seamless check-in process. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout our entire stay, especially Katarina who upgraded us to a Panoramic suite . The accommodations at the Intercontinental Hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The room was not only impeccably clean but also tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and luxurious amenities. The Intercontinental Hotel's staff continued to impress with their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond to meet guests' needs. Very good

Definitely worth the money.

Breakfast is pretty decent. Hotel has great staff and service.

The facility is a bit old but still clean enough. The AC and ventilation system in the room could be improved.

Grear staff but hotel needs renovation

Staff was great, Professionnal and very helpful. Breakfast was also good.

Overall, the hotel is getting really old. We were not expecting this quality of finishes both for the exterior and inside the rooms and bathrooms. Room was very dark and location of lights were not logical. Cheap tiles in the bathroom. Carpet in bedroom looked very old. Pool was over crowded so we left right away. Staff was great but for someone who travels a lot and know good hotels, the reasons i mentioned above make me wanna go somewhere else next time.

Not operating at 5 Star Standard

Location

This is not a 5 Star standard hotel. The carpets in the rooms are like walking on broken glass, so uncomfortable. The breakfast is very ordinary. The facilities are poor and hotel is dated. You are better off staying in a boutique hotel with outdoor heated pools. Many of the facilities and outdoor pools are shutdown during the winter, making this an unattractive offer given the expense at an off peak time of year.

A very short but fantastically sweet experience!

The staff were very welcoming and thoughtful when it came to my stay. I noticed that there was a lot of thought behind the gestures made (all thanks to Katerina, Guest Experience Executive). It was a pleasure coming to the Intercontinental Malta and we will surely not hesitate to visit again!

Very good. Would recommend.

Superb concierge and bell staff. Excellent spa. Great food and beverage staff ,very clean and full service.

Some of the front desk staff were not as hospitable and warm or as knowledgeable as they should have ten as comparecer to almost e dry other dept.

Excellent choices and presentation. Staff were excellent as they remembered you daily and what you wanted, ie like English Breakfast Tea.

The co strut ion over the road which made the roads a bit chaotic

Superb

Fantastic hotel with amazing staff and exceptional maid service.

The welcome was excellent, the staff were lovely and very helpful. A standout was the room maid who was exceptional throughout my whole stay and really looked after me and the room. She was fantastic.

Not the hotels issue, but St. Julian's is very built-up and not a place I would book if I wasn't there for a conference.
