Superb

Great place to relax and enjoy Malta

Quiet location with good accessibility via public transport. Very friendly staff and top notch service. Superb Italian restaurant.

Loved the executive suite, the treats in the room; the candy downstairs and hotel decor in lobby area

The deluxe rooms are comfortable but pretty simple in style. They could use more detail in the decor

Not much, but the doorman was very good.

Food from room service was either cold or stale. Plastic door key never worked so had to return to concierge to reactivate it several times Infuriating! Room decor was very dated, almost depressing. Breakfast staff were nice but a bit over familiar. My bill had been pushed under my door the evening before my departure, which I hadnt asked for, making me feel that they were in a hurry to get rid of me. Mini bar was not restocked.

Bar staff in the evening were very friendly. Breakfast team - the team leaders were great, attentive and remembered people.

We were emailed in advance and told there would be renovation work in the lobby, that it would not disturb us - we could hear loud drilling from 9am. We wanted to play tennis, the court was unkempt and when we asked to borrow equipment they gave us 1 adult, 1 junior and 1 broken racket, plus some flat tennis balls.

Cleanliness and most staff were very friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Check in and our was also very smooth. The porters were also very helpful and fun.

With someone in a wheelchair, it isn't the easiest to navigate around. Once we had sat in the front foyer, we asked if this was where we could get tea. However, we were refused dairy milk as the cafe and the entire front area is plant based... where this is comendable, I think you should have a look at the ingredients of the sweet trolley that is available. Surely it wouldn't have hurt for dairy link to be provided especially as it isn't easy with a wheelchair user to get to the only other bar open serving tea.

Superb

A memory both my husband and I will cherish.

We came for an overnight stay to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary after staying over 30 years ago. It made all the difference to be met by a Maltese receptionist who made check in and check out so interactive and interactive when she introduced us to all the facilities and how we could make the best of our stay at Josephine's, at Bahia and at Francesco Mazzei. Please keep investing in Maltese potential. Keep it up!

I had booked two massages over a week before our check in. On the day I thought of familiarising myself with the premises and popped over to find that because the girl who answered my call when I phoned in to book, because of her poor English, had confused the 20th with the 28th and so instead of keeping our schedule for two massages at 10:00, we had to make do with a different appointment at 13:30. Otherwise the service itself at the Spa was excellent.

Very good

A very pleasant day, as always.

The quality of the room is always good. The ambience is very good. There is plenty of space. The front desk staff are courteous and helpful. The decor is always lovely.

I was disappointed to find the foyer caf is now plant-based. It didnt serve cows milk in its coffee. I wasnt keen on the flavour the plant-based products gave the coffee.

Exceptional

It was the 30th birthday of my daughter.

We were served like queens, everyone was gentle and kind,the room was always clean,and they really makes us feel at home .

The thing that I didn't like was that there was to much perfume of the candle"s,as I suffer from rare migraine,may put less,not just for me,but also for people who have allergies.
