Would not hesitate to recommend and stay here again.

The cleanliness of hotel could not be faulted, the location was near the airport so ideal for arrival and departure. Gated security and staff willingness to be helpful at all levels. Shout out to Prathik ( reception) Nitesh and Nishant (concierge) Victor and Lysyder (bar). Plus all the restaurant staff who were brilliant at their customer service.

The smell of chemicals from the rooms being renovated on the floor (6th floor) of the accommodation. This is not a dislike but the restaurant chefs need to try send all the meals (starters, mains, desserts) together for all the guest and not as they prepare them freshly as families and friends want to eat together as respect without having to wait for other members food arrives while theirs goes cold.

Overall we enjoyed staying in this hotel.

The cleanliness of the rooms and the variety of food they offer is exceptional. The staff is very courteous and polite. Will definitely recommend!

Disappointing

If you are travelling to airport allow at least 90 minutes to get there.

Very helpful member of staff trying to organize taxi for us to airport. The rooms were comfortable and clean

The music was too loud in lobby when trying to check in. we could not hear ourselves talk. The bar and bar staff were hopeless. There was minimal alcohol and the staff were not coping it appeared. we were given wrong cocktails that we did not ask for as they did not have supplies but this was not discussed with us before purchasing. The hotel is too far from airport nearly an hour or more when advertised as Mumbai international airport.

Nothing to complain

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. Everything looks real, just like in the photos. The service is very nice. The breakfast is very good. I have nothing to complain about.

The location is good in relation to the airport. However, it is very far from the "city attractions" if you want to go sightseeing. The journey may take up to 2 hours.
