Over all excellent location and facilities!

Staff were a little distracted. Our drinks and dinner order were not understood. We got the wrong drink and one wrong meal.

The air conditioning in the room did not work for heating. The temperature in the room became acceptable (but cold) when the conditioner set for max. heat was switched off.

great stay for flying out

Everything is very good, exzeptionell Clean, friendly staff, comfortable

they were short staffed in the restaurant, the ratings of the restaurant are not great on google - we planned to dine at the hotel and decided against it. However, unfortunately there are no try alternatives at the airport. I hope, they will figure out how to provide better service even with Fachkrftemangel - I am planning to come back for my air travel.

The hotel was very nice and the location was excellent. The gentleman at reception was very helpful and accommodating.

The staff in the restaurant were incompetent and were also arguing with each other, which is very unprofessional.

Great location, but space for improvement

Super convenient location, only 2 minute walk to departure hall, size and design of the room

Very long waiting line for check in at 22.00 hrs. Grumpy reception staff. Rooms were clean on the first look, but missing eye for detail. Dry up food remaining in and around the electricity plug around the bed, killed dried up moscitos on lamp shades. bad smell of bathroom pipes upon arrival

Excellent location, helpful and friendly staff, great room.

Location .. just across the road from Hamburg airport. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Room was comfortable and quiet. The receptionist even loaned me a phone charger for the night as this was an unscheduled/unplanned layover. All in all a fantastic experience and excellent example in customer service by Radisson after a hard day of being treated like just a number by Lufthansa. Thanks Radisson, you were the heroes after a hard day .
