Loved the hotel, loved Hamburg!

Excellent location! Close to everywhere central! Great staff! Parking under the hotel! Beautiful room; large and spacious for three people. Lovely eating area next to lobby. Delightful decorations! A surprising pretty closed balcony (?) with two comfortable seats and a side table. My friend, her mother and I were very happy and truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Nothing. Perhaps one suggestion I could make, not for the hotel but when giving the address for UBER. Enter the name of the hotel directly, as the street address would take us a bit in a distance. By the way, UBER is a wonderful choice in Hamburg that taxis also work as UBER cars and we did not wait more than a minute whenever we requested one. It would have been difficult to find a taxicab on the street otherwise. The drivers were very kind and helpful to accommodate my friends 85-year old mother. We loved Hamburg despite all the rain :) It was also possible to find tickets for my friends favorite Mamma Mia two days before Christmas, only a week before the show!

Great stay

It is a great hotel if you have kids. They have board games in the rooms, and even a playing room where they offer activities to the kids and even sitting them for a moderate fee. Breakfast was also good.

Superb modern hotel with expensive breakfasts!

Location is superb if you are visiting Miniatur Wunderland . Loved the quirky modern decor

Breakfast price is expensive but we found lovely bistros and cafes in the area so we ate there!

Centrally located property close to tourist destinations, subway, and the harbour.

Centrally located property with access to two subway metro stations. Helpful staffs. The passage wall from the elevator to the rooms are very well decorated.

Bathroom sizes could have been made a marginally better.
