Dinner with rodents and its normal!

Location

While eating dinner we saw a mouse and told the F&B Manager. Who then simply said its an old house and its not so for Hamburger. If thats the attitude i dont want to know whats going on behind the curtains and in the kitchen. No one bothered to reach out after we complained. Ive seen many hotels and many older than this. The excuse and attitude does not resemble that of a quality house. Id never visit this hotel again. Sorry because some of the staff been truly caring and helpful.

Disappointed because it could be a great stay if not few above mentioned points

Nice rooms, provided cots for children

We got half cleaned room and nobody removed empty bottles and dirty plates from previous visitors, the tap in the room was broken - almost all the time was only boiling water available, and many other small but important things

Great family hotel with best location

We stayed in a Family Room with our 7 years old twins. Room was great and big enough..Sofa bed was already prepared in our room (so there were 2 double beds in the room!)..Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful..It is just a short walk distance to city center..Breakfast was also very good..

Beautiful hotel, conveniently located.

A lovely hotel very conveniently located at the train station and near downtown. Stylish lobby, bar and room.

Like all hotels these days, duvet on the bed was much too warm for a heated room and no alternative was offered.

The location is fantastic, very close to the train station and city center

The facilities are not satisfying. There is no kettle at the room. Though it says there is a spa and sauna on the website, the spa is unavailable unless you pay for a massage according to the staff.
