    Very poor experience.
    Good breakfast! Far away from the center.
    Cleanliness, equipment of room . No pischine, no gym ,not good lobby, Breakfast in the underground, You hear the trains which pass under the hotel. Old fashion and not renovated.

    Comfortable rooms and great location, amazing breakfast. Reception to be improved.
    The premium room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, the breakfast room and the staff were absolutely stunning. The location was perfect, very close to the metro and easy walk to the city centre.
    The Reception staff requires extra training. The check-in was not the best I have had, a bit confusing and unprecise infos. We purchased the breakfast at the check-in but the breakfast Manager was not informed and they remarked for 2 days that bkf was not included, not nice. On out last day we were granted a late checkout by a very nice and kind lady at the reception, unfortunatley it was not well communicated, therefore the HK staff knocked 3 times our door to ask us to leave. During the check-out procedures I have asked a detailed breakdown invoice and I was asked for an email address in order to send it to my mail box, until now I haven't received any invocie, my email is [email protected]. Moreover I asked to the same guy to double check my Radisson Rewards status as I forgot my card and he assured me to take care, until now nothing has changed.
