Staff are amazing. Especially Lucy, she made my partner and I feel so welcome. Also some members of staff helped my partner and I to and from our room with my bags which we really appreciated. The room was just as expected! We booked for 1 night as our flight was late at night and just wanted somewhere to put our heads down. But we could have easily extended our stay it was everything and more. The location was so central to shops/restaurants/bars etc

Very good

We had an enjoyable stay and next would book the private villa as they looked really good. The location is perfect close

The food was good, the room was very clean and staff were friendly and interact well with you. They remember your names to make you feel more at home.

Pool was a little small but enough for my son.

Great stay, Thank you!!

Great stay with this hotel, will return next time. The hotel is spacious and clean. The bed is so comfy and big which is like extra king size. They provide extra pillows. Every design in the room and toilet is so fashionable. The TV is big and nice, they even have a Netflix channel. The swimming pool is clean and pretty.

An excellent holiday place to stay

Excellent and very comfortable stay. Top notch on cleanliness and the room is very spacious. The kitchen facility is great addition and very useful. Quiet and peaceful for a holiday in the middle of a bustling city. Great location.

If the property has an eftpos machine would save us the trouble to look for an ATM to draw cash to pay for the stay.

The pool looks ok

The bed sheet is quite old and doesnt look clean, bed is very hard and pillow is awful, looks like an average Airbnb, air con was not on when we checked in. The room is much smaller than the picture itself. Ok for a stopover stay. Not recommended if stay more than 1 day.

Clean, comfortable, great space.

Very comfortable and quiet space in the heart of busy Kuta shopping. Comfortable bed, good food, great last night space before needing to head to the airport.

Not too much of an issue but keep your eye on the water while taking a shower to prevent a flood in the bathroom. The drain is slower than the water accumulates.
