Great place for kids!

Child friendly, great staff.

Rooms were musty and even a room change did not fix the issue. The alcohol offered on the all-inclusive package was of poor quality (cheap brands) and was not able to utilize the offer.

PrideInn Flamingo was exceptional

Everything was perfect!!! The staff were so courteous and helpful, right from being checked in by Cynthia, every one made sure our stay was blissful. The daily programs during the festive period were interesting and the food was great!! My wife and I really enjoyed the themed dinners, indeed it was a great experience.

My stay was really really relaxing, its what I needed but a few more changes needed so that customers feel complete val

It is really beautiful. It is so easy to locate and ts very exclusive. And the all you can eat buffets from breakfast to dinner. The beds are so soft and comfortable

They cheated me of my room the frst night after I had explicitly explained the room I wanted, later after complaining they gave me the right one. Rooms are too far away from everything, they could invest in carts. The food though needs some adjustment. The rooms are tooo small and not that appealing for such a price and their standard, they could use investment in good interior designers.

Unforgettable

The ambience is great! The food options are great, we had the all inclusive package, and the staff members are supportive. The cleaning of the rooms is well done and the hotel is well fumigated such that you do not really encounter lots of mosquitoes. The hotel also has entertainment.

The TV could be larger.

The pool was amazing

The only little thing I didnt like was the some of the staff was inappropriate with asking me that I have to pay everytime I enquired about something since I only had bed and breakfast which I already know and its very unprofessional to talk about money to guests like theres a reason why they are there cuz they have money to spend. I just thought it was bit insensitive and careless but it wasnt all the staff that was like this only 2/3. Also didnt like that when I first came to the hotel and wanted make a reservation that the lady in reception told me theres no space it was after I told her that there is spaces available as I can see on bookin.com that she found me a room.

A bit pricy but otherwise no remarks, I can recommend this place for sure

Great location, nice pool, wonderful beach. Stuff always friendly and ready to help Good choice of food. Wonderful view from the balcony to the pool and to the beach.
