the washroom is not clean and bad smell , some facilities are old , the bed is hard , the price is too high tissue paper is not in the washroom I asked for it and got poor quality i wont back again !!

Service beyond compare.

We have recd amazing customer service, and the Desk Manager Miss.Smiley have a special acumen to handle the guest with great respect and honor. Also Mr.Manoj at the front desk was a very cooperative and decent man. We have given a call to reset WiFi in our room at midnight of 1:34 pm, and the in our r surprise reception has picked up our xall, and the technician was in our room in 5 minutes. This is the example of best customer services, which is no other hotel in my opinion can provide in midnight in Mussoorie. In the restaurant, Mr.Rithik serves us very well. The breakfast was also excellent fresh and served with a variety of juices and milk shakes. I strongly recommend this hotel as their rooms are very spacious and the bed is very comfortable.

Trained and courteous staff but not value for money

The hotels open area overlooking the valley and nice staff were the only good thing about it.

Mussorie is now an overcrowded and unmaintained Tourist destination. It is nothing what it used to be 10-15 years ago. That is not where I would go to find peace and tranquillity of a hill station, especially not Mall road. It is a nightmare to drive your own car among all the crowd, narrow roads and horrible potholes. And the municipal corporation charges Rs150 everytime you enter Mall road with your vehicle, no matter how many times in a day. And since the hotel is situated on the Mall road, we had to do that everytime. Plus the rooms are not well maintained. The balconies of rooms had trash in them, and they were closed to keep the monkeys away. The couch in the room were unclean. Not at all value for the money they charge.

Property is just located on Mall Road

Poo reception service , tooth paste given by hotel is too bad class , whistles coming out from brush while brushing, they charge for early checkin and stingent with customers. My wife coming on check out with bags with kids , service boy watching this but did not come for support You can refer Cctv footage. Most importantly room was written jungle facing but in actual it is dump yard facing I request booking team to see and visit personally You have vanished my tour Only restaurant staff is too cooperative , Vry nice adjusting. Observed they are giving Vry good service.
