Never again !

The only good thing is the location close to the train station Gennevilliers. The night staff were better than the ones in the morning

Everything! The staff were not welcoming, they talk with cold manners and not helpful. I arrived to the hotel 1 hour after my check in time, and i didnt find any towels in the room, when i asked they said that they are cleaning them ( seriously!! ) they told me to wait, one hour after nothing happened! Thank god i had my own towel The hand shower was broken All in all it was a bad experience! Never again!

I loved it

The room had a charm of its own, small and cute, perfect for a solo traveler like me. It was clean, the staff was nice, and the price was decent. It was close to the train and bus station, which is very convenient. I loved it and definitely recomend it

Good breakfast and comfortable rooms

The receptionist was really kind and offered to heat up your food as we arrived quite late. The rooms temperature was good.

The location was very far out. Although we knew this when we booked the accomadation. It made getting to attractions a little more difficult.

A short stay but a pleasant one, we had everything needed for the night, except for maybe one or two extra power outlets

Everything was clean, comfortable and in good condition.

It misses a mini-fridge and more power outlets, but it is understandable for the room size

Mario was great the receptionist helpful ,polite ,professional simply great !! Good fresh breakfast !!! I did love the shower !!hot strong power water coming out !!nice shower .

One receptionist asked me for my room number morning time while I was going to have breakfast I told the number of the room that he should already know plus he asked me did you have paid the breakfast?I find this rude !!of course I did pay for it ! I think receptionist should talk and exchange guests staying by notes or whatspp or whatever as long as they communicate before saying stupidity. The Room was a bit dirty and plenty of dust !! Hairs around the bed from previous people stayed.
